Strategy is about turning your idea into something real. It's an exciting stage, but also difficult, and comes with difficult questions. What business will you build, and how? This stage especially has the capacity to be lonely for Queer entrepreneurs who might be running their early businesses alone. Therefore, we built our supports around providing mentorship so that Queer businesses can thrive in the Queer context, rather than treating Queer businesses as if we're the same.
