Stability

This stage is entered when your business is stable and has been a reliable source of income for a few years. The daily grind might ease off, but that doesn't mean that the long-term work is done. Who leads next, what gets passed down, and what needs to change so the thing you built outlasts you? This is also where board and executive representation stops being someone else's advocacy fight and starts becoming a direct question about your own leadership pipeline. Therefore, what we wanted to emphasise here is that stability isn’t necessarily a finish line. It’s a new beginning, and it comes with a new set of questions about what comes next and what gets passed on or changed for the future.
