Pride In Engineering is a registered non-profit committed to inspiring, supporting, and connecting 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals and students within the engineering field. Recognizing that technical industries can often present unique challenges for queer individuals, PIE focuses on three core pillars: providing technical education, sharing queer success stories, and building a global network of professionals and allies.
The organization hosts an annual Conference & Gala, which serves as their flagship event for networking and professional development. They also maintain an active digital community through Discord and Instagram, offering a library of resources for engineers navigating their careers. By educating organizations on how to better support their queer and trans employees, PIE is actively transforming the engineering profession into a more inclusive and equitable landscape.
