Looking to level up your career or empower the next generation? The Alberta 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to launch our revamped Mentorship Program, and we’re inviting you to be part of it.
This 10-month journey (running October to June) is designed to forge powerful connections, build confidence, and strengthen our community from within. Whether you’re seeking guidance or are ready to share your expertise, your place is here.
Why Join?
As a Mentee: Gain invaluable guidance from those who’ve been in your shoes. Strengthen your business, creative, and leadership skills within a supportive queer and trans community. Learn how to break through the rainbow ceiling. This is your chance to build the career you want with confidence.
As a Mentor: Shape the future of our community. Share your hard-won knowledge and lived experience to help a rising entrepreneur or professional thrive. It’s a rewarding opportunity to give back and expand your own network.
What’s In Store for You?
We’ve packed the program with opportunities for connection and growth:
- A Virtual Kick-Off: Start strong at our fun, welcoming event on November 7, 2025.
- Hands-On Workshops: Learn practical skills in four sessions led by community experts.
- Networking Mixers: Connect with the wider community at three online and in-person events.
- One-on-One Meetups: Enjoy regular, meaningful conversations with your mentor or mentee.
- Bonus: Get free access to all Chamber events for the duration of the program!
